Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aura Decor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once a package has left our warehouse.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your details — we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@decorbyaura.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
